I suppose I should be a good Mommy and finish knitting his soaker, but somehow I'm not as motivated knowing that I used the wrong yarn and it's going to have to be mostly decorative. I'll have to try again with a thicker yarn... I'm thinking maybe I should get some audio books at the library or something too, because it's hard to sit and knit in the silence, or even with music on. If someone is there talking, it's totally different, but it gets so quiet otherwise... I got my scrapbooking stuff out so I could finish the wedding pictures before Teddy comes, only I haven't printed off the rest of the pictures as I realized, and the CD is over at the cabin so I'll have to wait till we can pick it up there and then I can get them printed. In the meantime, I'm feeling quite lazy here!
Teddy should be about 2 1/2 lbs. now... or, if he's still measuring big, somewhere between 3 and 3 1/2. :-) At 31 weeks he should already weigh 4 lbs! Yikes! He is really packing on the weight! I suppose that will increase, too, since if he's 4 lbs at 31 weeks, he'll have to about double his weight in the ten weeks following! Mommy sees a very great weight gain and loss of a tummy button in her near future... :-) Oh, and his eyelashes are growing! I wonder if he'll get Mommy's short lashes or Daddy's beautiful thick, long ones. If he were a little girl, I'd say definitely Mommy's lashes. Somehow little girls always seem to get the short ones, and boys get the long ones... with the exception of Nichole, of course!
